AssetTrak ACS is an affordable, single license desktop application that automates the collection of Asset Data with Barcode and RFID scanning technology. It is designed for organizations that require an automated, inexpensive and easy to use system to record fixed asset inventories. BMI’s AssetTrak ACS offers a solution if you are manually recording inventory information on fixed assets such as Inv Date, Tag #, Serial #, Description, Manufacturer, Model # etc. and typing that written information into your Fixed Asset Module or Spreadsheet. AssetTrak ACS is designed as a front-end scanning system. It interfaces with existing Spreadsheets or applications such as Tyler Technologies’ School ERP Pro and BMI's AssetTrak ARS.
