BMI’s AssetTrak ARS Capital Asset Scanning and Reconciliation System is designed to interface with popular Public Sector Financial Management Systems and “State of the Art” Mobile Scanning Devices. Inventory functions can be automated with the use of barcode and/or RFID technologies. The AssetTrak ARS System includes an AssetTrak ARS application on a Mobile Scanning Device and an AssetTrak ARS Application on a Windows Desktop/Laptop computer. Mobile Scanning Devices programmed with AssetTrak ARS can be used directly utilizing Wi-Fi with some Capital Asset Modules that support Web Services or in a batch mode also. AssetTrak ARS effortlessly compares and reconciles data from your Capital Asset Module with data scanned during a physical inventory.
Collected data can be reviewed and edited prior to reconciling, exporting and posting to your Capital Asset Module utilizing the interface application supplied by your Financial Management Software Vendor.
