Collect IT – Enterprise ERP
Batch or Real-Time Stockroom Scanning System

BMI’s Collect-IT Inventory Scanning System is designed to interface with Tyler Technologies' Warehouse Inventory Module. Using Barcode Printers and Mobile Barcode Scanning Devices allow you to receive, issue and count functions with automation. This is an extremely accurate and efficient way to help you manage your warehouse.
Collect-IT can interface directly with your inventory tables via flat files, or Tyler supplied Web Services. Up to 10 fields of data such as the Purchase Order #’s, Items #’s , Order ID’s and Warehouse ID’s can be synced to the Collect-IT application on the Mobile Scanning Device via a USB connection, a wireless 802.11 b/g connection or a GSM/GPRS/EDGE mobile broadband connection. Using a high-quality Mobile Scanning Device with data validation eliminates most human errors and greatly increases productivity in the Warehouse/Stockroom. Collected data can be reviewed and edited prior to exporting, uploading and posting into your Inventory Module utilizing a Web-Services or ASCII file interface program supplied by Tyler Technologies. BMI has been in business since1985 and we have installed thousands of systems worldwide. Many our installations interface with Public Sector Financial Management Systems.
